Advance Cardio Boxing
Do you want to put some punch in your workout? The techniques you will learn for Boxing can be applied to help you focus and apply strategy that can help you in the rest of you busy life and can help you instill confidence while you’re shaping up. Start with the basics, including mechanics: stance, footwork, leverage, balance, movement—including rhythm and momentum, coordination, powerful straight fast snapping punches. There is also conditioning: circuit and mirror training. We bring out the very best in all our students so come try it out.
Get a total body workout! Muscle Sculpt challenges you by using hand weights, plyometric, body bars, steps, and balls to guarantee you’ll burn calories while giving your muscles a great workout. This is a non-cardio class but we promise to keep your heart rate elevated!
